Visibility.” “Education” revolves around conferences, presentations, special programs, training, and workshops provided to certified and potential DBE’s. “Access” embodies our pledge to connect Prime/Sub contractors to potential ADOT contracts and DBE’s to the support that they need to flourish today through networking events and other connections. “Visibility” describes our commitment to recognize all stakeholders for their outstanding performance and partnering efforts.
